How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate $5.00 SHIPPING on any order, and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.00 for shipments going to the continental 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military have a flat rate cost of $10.00. (Sorry, free shipping is not available to these locations.)
Can you ship to Canada or another country outside the US?
Yes, we can. Though you can't place your order directly through our site, we'd be happy to process your order manually. We'll still honor product discount codes and we'll determine your shipping cost, based on the destination and shipment's weight. Please review our International Orders information and contact us at email@example.com to place your order, or call us at 402-391-8373.
How long will it take to get my order?
Free or $5 Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military may take longer than that. Having something gift-wrapped? Please allow one additional day.
For quicker shipping, select Priority Shipping. Priority Shipping orders are moved to the front of the line, and should reach you within 3-5 business days. We do not offer Priority shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Overseas Military at this time.
Priority Shipping is based on your order total:
$0 - $49.99 = $10
$50 - $74.99 = $13
$75 - $99.99 = $15
$100 - $149.99 = $20
$150 - $249.99 = $25
$250 or more = $30
Please remember that there is no shipping on weekends or federal holidays.
What should I do if I don't get my order?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return/exchange merchandise?
We hope you will love everything you get from WaffleTowels.com, but if you would like to return or exchange something, please contact us at email@example.com, within 30-days of order receipt to request a Return Authorization number "RA#". You will need to provide us with the order # and list the items you’d like to return and/or exchange.
Items must be unopened and in new condition for a full product refund. Washed towels are non-returnable and will be refused. Sorry, there are no refunds on shipping either way. For exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will cover the cost to ship you the new item.
Please note: if an item is marked FINAL SALE, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Late returns, returns which are missing parts, damaged or not in resalable condition may be refused or charged a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. No refunds will be issued on items returned more than 30-days after receipt of the original order.
How do I prepare an order for return/exchange?
Please pack up the items you wish to return/exchange, write the RA# somewhere on the outside of the box, include a copy of the receipt and return the items to the address listed below. If you are reusing a box, please be sure to remove or black out any old shipping labels and barcodes. Please ship it via an insured carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx). Sorry, there are no refunds on shipping either way. Please be sure to keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost.
What if I received something as a gift?
If you received an item as a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return which can be used at any time toward a future purchase at WaffleTowels.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry - we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)
When should I get my refund?
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Your credit card will be refunded within 7-days of receipt of goods in our warehouse. If you purchased an item for less than the full price, or used a coupon code your refund will be the same amount you originally paid.
When should I receive my exchanged item(s)?
Within 7-days of receiving your return, we will inspect it and pack up your exchanged items and ship them out as soon as possible. They will be shipped via either UPS Ground or USPS Mail so once it has shipped, you should receive it within 3-7 business days.
