Do you carry Organic Cotton?
Because we change suppliers and bring in new products often, it's best to check the details right on the product page to determine if the fabric is Certified Organic.   
 
Some items say 'Natural Cotton' - what does that mean?
All Gilden Tree towels are made of "Natural Cotton" which is defoliant and chemical free. Click on Natural Cotton to read more about what that means.  

Gilden Tree items are also Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certified, which is a globally recognized testing and certification system that contains more than 100 testing parameters, which ensures that products are free of harmful substances.
 
Where can I find sizes?
Check the product page.  The dimensions before washing will be listed.  
 
Can I machine wash and dry the waffle weave items I buy from you?
Absolutely.  In fact washing and drying is integral to forming the little honeycombs that are a hallmark of waffle weave. Cotton Waffle Weave is meant to shrink and form honeycombs, so dry-cleaning (which some brands may recommend) really defeats the purpose. 
  
How much will waffle weave towels shrink?
Our waffle weave 100% Cotton towels come to you generously oversized to allow for 12-15% shrinkage over time.

Do you sell or share my personal information?

We never sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party. Occasionally, we may send you an offer for other products, but your contact information never leaves our secure server. 
 
How long will it take to get my order?
For normal ground shipping, your order  should arrive within 5-10 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military can take longer than the average 5-10 business days.

For quicker shipping, select Priority Shipping.  Priority Shipping moves your order to the head of the line, and should only take 3-5 business days. Sorry, there is no free priority shipping and cost is based on your order total. We do not offer Priority shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military at this time. 
 
Can I track my order?
Yes.  We’ll email you when your order has shipped to let you know how you can track it.  If you lost that email, just e-mail help@waffletowels.com with your name and order number and we’ll resend your tracking information.
 
Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Yes. We hope you will love everything you get from WaffleTowels.com, but if you would like to return or exchange something, please click here to learn how to do so.
 
What is your Refund Policy?
Our return requirements are pretty simple.  You must let us know you want to return your order in a timely manner (within 30 days of receipt of goods) and we must be able to easily resell the items.  That means towels must be unwashed and in the original packaging.  If you meet these requirements, we'll happily refund your product total.  Sorry, shipping is not refundable, and washed towels will be refused.
